Friday Fitness Foto Folly

It’s a new year and everyone wants to know, what’s your resolution? Isn’t it all the same every year anyway always? Eat right, exercise more, be fit… blah, blah… something, something… health.
Sure, I’m into it. Especially after I tried that breakfast casserole on New Years Day and put a couple more dimples in my butt cheeks. Just remember the secret to good health is to be healthy. Duh.
I thought we’d have some fun today with fitness. Be well, stay happy, and don’t take yourself too seriously.
You will never exit a workout saying, “I wish I didn’t go.” It feels good because our bodies were made for motion. Do it for your heart, your health, and the great endorphin rush. It’s a good replacement for the other habits you gave up in the name of health, like smoking or heroin.
